Smart Bra, the future is now and comes with cleavage
Microsoft is apparently researching a smart bra since it fits so snugly close to the heart. It make sense right?
According to BBC, researchers from Microsoft’s visualization and interaction research group has designed a bra that is not only functional but has for amazing lift and can detect emotions. This futuristic cleavage supporter is outfitted with a gyroscope and an accelerometer, electrocardiogram and electro-dermal sensors to monitor stress. This wearable technology can be used to monitor a range of health conditions and has the ability to communicate with people’s smartphones to help track moods and stop emotional over-eating.
Microsoft researcher Asta Roseway explained that the device is, “very tedious for participants to wear [and] our prototyped sensing system, as the boards had to be recharged every three to four hours.”

Even though it has health benefits do to it’s ability to monitor ones health, it’s hard to imagine it ever coming to an actual market. I’d love to take this serious, I just can’t. I’m sure women will love to have that laying on their chest. I can only imagine, “Oh man, my bra is out of power! I need to charge it up.”
