Minecraft is a global phenomenon that has captured the world’s imagination and let anyone with an ambitious dream to create mind-blowing worlds and creative digital art. You’ll be hard pressed to find anyone who has not heard of Mojang’s Minecraft creation in some fashion. It has been developed on PC, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, iOS, Android and Xbox One and Playstation 4. Sadly, Nintendo fans were ignored, forcing anyone with a creative itch to purchase the game on other systems.
According to the Pan-European Game Information Association, or PEGI, the Wii U version of Minecraft is finally making its debut on the Wii U. Titling it “Minecraft: Wii U Edition,” and describing it as “suitable for persons aged 7 years and over only.” It also mentions that it will be released in Europe tomorrow, November 12, 2015.
At the time of this posting, Europe is the only one listing a Wii U version of Minecraft. There is no mention of any North American release date yet.
