It would seem to that Nintendo has finally admitted to the left Joy-Con sync issue for the Nintendo Switch. Kotaku has reported that Nintendo addressed the issue with a simple “black square of foam had been fitted on top of the Joy-Con’s antenna.” The foam is more in the lines of a insulation coating or conductive foam. Adding this protects the signal from other kinds of interferences.
Where I have had only a single time where I found my left Joy-Con de-syncing and found a solution afterwards by re-syncing the Joy-Cons to the console again. Regardless, it my be in everyone’s best interests to send your Joy-Cons to Nintendo.
