Look out Flappy Bird fans, the bird that flapped into your hearts is back, but only for the Amazon Fire TV set-top box.
Vietnamese developer, Nguyễn Đông returned as Flappy Birds Family. This new version adds multiplayer options but like before, everything remains the same and revolves around flying a questionable bird with a possible flying impediment as he flaps through pipes and ghosts.
Many people found the original Flappy Bird very addictive and Nguyen took it upon himself to take the game off both Apple’s App Store and Google Play due to guilt because of its addictive nature.
“It happened to become an addictive product. I think it has become a problem,” he said in an interview with Forbes. “To solve that problem, it’s best to take down Flappy Bird. It’s gone forever.”
Now it seems that he’s changed his mind.
Will Flappy Bird fly onto the iOS? Only time will tell.
